Re: Problem saving

That's weird, sorry about that. With regard to groups and colours, everything should be saved silently and automatically when the app is closed, also when PC reboots. By default these settings aren't stored in the project but in a user settings file somewhere on your computer. I don't know if Window...

Re: How to edit csv files

Thank you! Yes, you can edit values too: Place the cursor on the sample that you want to edit (or select a range of samples), then double click the value that you want to change in the variable view to the left of the chart. A box appears where you can enter the new value. You can also use the four ...

Re: How to edit csv files

Hi Tony, Yes that's right, there are multiple editing operations available. In particular you can select, cut, copy, paste and delete samples (corresponding to rows in the csv files). To remove a single sample, just place the cursor on it (click in the chart or use the left/right cursor keys) and pr...

Re: Problem saving

Hi again, To add a file to a project, you need to go to the Project menu and select Add Files. After that, Save Project should be enabled. Files that belong to a project will be listed in the Project Tree in the left side of the window. If you drag a csv file into the editor, the file will merely be...

Re: Problem saving

Hello Tony, I think that the answer to your question is that Save is only enabled if you have made a change to the actual data file, such as Edit Value or Rename, and Save Project is only enabled when you e.g. add files to the project. View operations like dragging lines between groups don't change ...

Re: timestamps, scatter plots

Thank you! So what datetime format do you have in your CSV files, is it ISO8601, a unix timestamp or something else? I think a first step would be the option to place any numeric column/variable on the X axis - that should work for unix timestamps, since they're just long integers. The next step wou...

Re: timestamps, scatter plots

Thank you for your feedback! I assume you mean that you want to use your timestamp as the X axis in the line plot? Both scatter plots and the possibility to use one of the variables (e.g. a timestamp) as the X axis are indeed on my list for future development. I'll keep you updated! /Gustaf
