Feature request: connect point diagonally

Hi, and thanks for this very useful tool!
In a future version I would be happy to see a configuration flag that allows the points to be joined via diagonal lines instead of jagged lines.
To be explicit: red is current behavior, blue is desired behavior.

Hello, and thank you for bearing with me! I'm afraid there are no news - I'm currently fully occupied with other work, so it's hard to find the time to work with Flow right now. There will surely be a new release in 2025, but I don't dare to say exactly when and how big it will be. Hope you can live with the current version a bit longer!
